We'll send you the Franchises Development Document (FDD) to review. There is a 14-day mandated wait period before the signing of the café and smoothie franchise agreement. Fourteen days will give you time to think and do your research to ensure this is what you really want. You need to make sure you have what it takes, so if you have any questions, now’s the time to ask.
We'll send you business-planning tools to help you make an even more informed decision about opening your café franchise. We encourage you to do a good amount of research and call current franchisees to get a better understanding of Tropical Smoothie Café, costs, profitability, etc. You'll also need to go about the ever-important task of securing financing.
We'll meet in your market, at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA, or via a Discovery Day presentation / conference call to give you more information on franchisee support, real estate procedures, design & construction process and assistance, and local and national marketing programs. We'll conclude our meeting by answering all your outstanding FDD questions and discuss the franchise agreement and lay out the final steps to becoming a Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee.
