A Brand That Sells Itself (Video Transcript)

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is still a fairly new brand, even though we are over 500 units strong throughout the country. But in the Atlanta market, and particularly in Kennesaw, it’s still a very new concept. But what we have seen, even though we’re not well-penetrated yet, is that the brand sells itself. People love this concept and so, while we’re doing local marketing and we’re supporting national marketing, what we’re seeing is customers come in and they absolutely love our food, they love our smoothies. And then through word-of-mouth, they’re spreading the news about Tropical Smoothie Cafe. So, one of the strengths of the concept for us is that we see that we have advocates. Customer advocates that are really fans of the brand. And that, as well as our healthy positioning and our food and smoothies, really sells the concept.
